New bill would ensure DOD can help agricultural producers facing groundwater contamination from military bases, require nationwide remediation plan.

WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, U.S. Senators Tom Udall and Martin Heinrich and U.S. Representative Ben Ray Luján introduced a bill to provide relief to communities and businesses impacted by PFAS contamination in groundwater around Air Force bases in New Mexico and across the country.
