Pets Of The Week

ESPAÑOLA — Each week the Valley Daily Post features a few pets that are ready for adoption. Take a look at this week’s highlighted pets and then drop by the shelter to see the whole selection.

Dahlia came into the shelter nursing kittens 4 years ago. She did a great job at raising her kittens. Dahlia was then adopted and returned, because previous owners had no time to spend with her. She is 5 years old now and is looking for a home with another cat so she will have a friend. She is great with people and loved dogs in the past foster home, but she has not been around dogs for a few years now. She likes give head butts and leans into you, which means she trusts you. Give this 5 year old gal a second chance at life.

Someone ready for lots of fun for years to come! Starr is your girl, she is about 2 years old and seems to always be smiling. She loves leash walks and exploring new places with you. Affectionate playful girl, has done well with all ages of people and loved play with other dogs, has not been around cats so should be tested first. She would love greeting you when you come home and sitting and cuddling for a while. Please stop by and visit with this sweet girl, she may steal your heart.
