ESPAÑOLA  - Seniors are invited to participate in a new SilverSneakers Flex class, this time being offered at Moving Arts Española , located in Ohkay Owingeh. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Fridays, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. starting on June 23.

SilverSneakers members participate FREE; all others for only $3.00.
