Position Title:  Marketing/Business Development Manager

Department:  Administration

 

Brief description of essential responsibilities:

Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union’s strategic marketing and public relations plans.

Research marketing needs and analyze marketing trends to ensure the credit union is positioned competitively.

Provide oversight, direction, evaluation, and management to subordinate and/or vendors involved in marketing and public relations.

 

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements: 

Ability to operate general office equipment.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.

Strong organizational skills.

Professional, well-developed communications skills are essential for projecting a positive image as a representative of the credit union.

Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds on occasion.

 

Education and experience required:

High School diploma or equivalent, and experience that would support the ability to accomplish responsibilities of the position.

Working experience with computer applications.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
