Santa Fe Indian School Lady Braves couldn’t come up with another comeback and lost to Tohatchi High School 50-38 in the championship game Dec. 14 at Capital High School. Indian School is 5-2 on the season. The Braves host Wingate High School Thursday in Santa Fe.

Lucretia Williams is in her first season as girls basketball coach at McCurdy Charter School. Williams is from Santa Clara Pueblo and a Pojoaque High School graduate.
The Espanola Valley High School girls basketball team rallied in the fourth quarter and had made it a one possession game with the clock running out against Sue Cleveland High School in the championship game of the Capital City Invitational Tournament Dec. 7 in Santa Fe.
