April is Alcohol Awareness Month

By not drinking too much, you can reduce the risk of short- and long-term health risks.
Did you know that drinking too much can harm your health? Excessive alcohol use, including underage drinking and binge drinking, can lead to increased risk of health problems such as injuries, violence, liver disease, and cancer.

In the last two columns I discussed the importance of listening to your inner voice to lead you to where you should be in life, including the path toward optimal health.
When I found the Scher Center – or when it found me, as the case may be – something in my gut had been telling me I needed something different, maybe even radical, to push me out of the proverbial rut in which I found myself.

The place is called The Scher Center for Well Being and it is located in Santa Fe.

Most of my regular followers, those who have made it a point to read the Nature’s Presence column, are aware of the series I wrote on energy.
