Registration for the Spring 2020 semester at UNM-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) is now open. Early registration is encouraged. Registering prior to the beginning of the semester allows students to secure positions in high demand classes, as well as providing more flexibility in course selection and scheduling.
“We are the first co-located community college in the state, and there are so many barriers that we overcame to get to this place,” Bailey said. “I want to make sure that we are doing everything with the full blessing of the Secretary of State, the Mesa Vista School District, and Taos County.”
U.S. Senators Tom Udall (D-N.M.) and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and U.S. Representatives Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.), Deb Haaland (D-N.M.), and Xochitl Torres Small (D-N.M.) announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) has awarded an American Indian Business Enterprise grant to the Arrowhead Center at New Mexico State University (NMSU) in conjunction with Navajo Technical University.
