Snow In August
On Wednesday morning most of us woke to a typical workday in August but if you looked closely to the east you may have seen an August surprise. During the cool hours of the night, the monsoon rains turned to snow blanketing the highest peaks of the Sangre De Cristo mountains with white snow. It didn’t last long but the unusually cooler temps gave the Valley a hopeful look of things to come.
