SFIS Lady Braves Advance To The Championship Game With A 53-49 Victory Over The Capital Jaguars

 

Santa Fe Indian School Lady Braves defeated Capital High School 53-49 to advance to the championship game of the Al Armendariz tournament. The Lady Braves had an 11-0 run in the fourth quarter to take a 43-42 lead. A three-point play by Iris Emery put the Braves ahead 51-49 with 35.6 seconds left put Indian School ahead.

The Lady Braves will take on the Cleveland Storm in the championship game tonight at Pueblo Pavilion located on the campus of the Santa Fe Indian School. Game time is scheduled for 6:30 P.M.
