Rio Arriba County And El Centro Family Health Awarded Funding To Combat Opioid Epidemic

Rio Arriba County and El Centro Family Health have each been awarded $200,000 from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to combat the opioid epidemic.

Through the FY 2018 Federal Office of Rural Health Policy Awards, HRSA is awarding $25.5 million to over 120 rural organizations to increase access to substance abuse prevention and treatment services for rural populations across the country.
