Lady Eagles Fall Short vs NCAA II Regis University
Denver, CO- The NNMC Women’s Basketball Team took to the court against Regis University, a highly ranked NCAA Division II opponent. After a slow start the Eagles gained momentum and pulled close to the Rangers of Regis after a deep three pointer at the buzzer by Krishia Artieda to put NNMC only down 10 at the half.
In the Second Half, the Eagles came out right from the start, putting up 26 points in the third quarter including 4 three pointers to cut the Rangers lead 59-56.
