P’ôe: Pathways to American Indian Education Training Program at Northern New Mexico College — a collaborative project involving the Northern Pueblos Institute and the College of Education — is a culturally responsive education initiative aimed to establish members of New Mexico’s 22 tribes, pueblos and urban American Indian populations as effective and qualified teachers, counselors, or administrators in public schools.
