FBI: Santa Fe Man Charged Federally With Threats Via Interstate Communications

The FBI has taken Jose Rael, 44, of Santa Fe, into custody on a federal complaint charging him with threats via interstate communications. 

The Santa Fe Police Department arrested Rael Wednesday, Jan. 9, and FBI special agents took custody of him.

Rael had an initial appearance Wednesday in federal court in Albuquerque.

No further comment will be made.
