Española Humane Pets Of The Week

ESPAÑOLA, N.M. — Each week the Valley Daily Post features a few pets that are ready for adoption at the Española Valley Humane Society. Take a look at this week’s highlighted pets and then drop by the shelter to see the whole selection.

Friends, don’t miss out on this guy. Declan is 50lbs at 3yo – and he’s as smart and sweet as they come. He’s grouped in a kennel with other dogs, friendly with all people, knows how to sit, loves to play fetch, and this smiling, happy-go-lucky, handsome-as-heck lovebug is just generally ready for an adventure of any kind at any time. We are open seven days per week at the shelter from 10:30am-5pm for adoptions.

Serious Black has had seriously bad luck. He was returned shortly after being adopted as a kitten due to responsibility and then he sat for weeks and weeks at the shelter. He was adopted again, and we thought it was a purrfect match … except his adopter developed severe allergies. This loving, playful, darling boy is as gorgeous as a cat could be, he loves other cats and all people, and he is available from our Cat Corral at Santa Fe’s Sunrise Springs Spa Resort; public adoption hours at the Cat Corral (and our new Puppy Patch!) are seven days per week from 1-4pm. Please give Serious Black a seriously purrfect furever home – he deserves it!
