Española Humane Pets Of The Week

ESPAÑOLA, N.M. — Each week the Valley Daily Post features a few pets that are ready for adoption at the Española Valley Humane Society. Take a look at this week’s highlighted pets and then drop by the shelter to see the whole selection.

Our Cat Corral at Santa Fe’s Sunrise Springs Spa Resort has been so successful, we grew a Puppy Patch! The Puppy Patch is open for public adoptions from 1-4pm every Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday, and puppies like Luna are looking for their fur-ever homes. Luna is fresh from foster care, and at 9 weeks old, she’s already almost house trained, knows how to sit, and she has been trained with her littermate Ariel to sit and wait patiently and politely for her dinner. She’s a smart cookie! Ariel is spayed, microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, and will go home with six months of heart worm prevention. Celebrate our new Puppy Patch at Sunrise Springs and meet our new crop of puppies looking for their happily ever after!

Meet Bobo Brazil, wrestling champion of the WWK (Worldwide Wrestling Kittens)! BoboBrazil is a fun loving kitten who makes new friends easily. He loves to chase and wrestle (hence his name); he’s a brave little guy, the first to explore and discover new places. But when he is played out, he’s also a snuggling champion, seeking a warm lap for making biscuits, purring, and napping. Bobo is available for adoption from our charming Cat Corral at Santa Fe’s Sunrise Springs Spa Resort! Bring Bobo Brazil home and you’ll have the most entertaining holiday yet!
