Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU) lobbies closed, drive-through remains open

As we continue to monitor the updates from national, state, and local health officials regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, our #1 priority continues to be the health and well-being of our members, employees and communities.  Accordingly, Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU) has made changes to our hours of operation and lobby accessibility. We understand that in addition to personal hygiene, “social distancing” is the most important thing that our communities can do to help curb the spread of the virus.

All DNCU lobbies will be closed to the general public starting Thursday, March 19, 2020 but drive-through services will remain open. Members that need to access our offices for transactions or to access safety deposit boxes can arrange an appointment. Please call 505-455-5228 to speak with one of our friendly member service specialists.

Our lobby team is ready to assist you by phone to help you navigate your finances during this unprecedented time. We have coordinated our teams to answer your calls and operate our drive-through services in a fast and effective way.

DNCU remains open for business, we are just operating differently in light of the circumstances. Our drive-through services are ready to assist you at the times below, our online and mobile banking services are fully functional, ATMs, Tellerphones are also great way for you to access your DNCU accounts— and our team is ready to assist you with any lending and deposit needs.
