AG Balderas to Host National Training on Preventing, Investigating and Prosecuting Overdose Deaths

Albuquerque, NM – Today, Attorney General Hector Balderas announced a training aimed at equipping law enforcement and attorneys with the tools they need to help prevent, investigate and prosecute overdose deaths. The one-day course will include training from experts from across the nation, focused on topics ranging from changing the mindset surrounding overdoses, to investigations and legal issues surrounding overdoses.
