UNM-LA Seeking Math Lecturer

UNM-Los Alamos is interested in expanding their pool of qualified applicants for a 0.5 FTE Lecturer of Mathematics, posting 0836355. Applications for this position are still being accepted.  The successful candidate is expected to begin teaching in January 2017.

The successful applicant will provide 15 credit hours of classroom instruction per academic year in the area of Mathematics (developmental through Calculus), with other associated duties as outlined in the official job posting. This is a benefits eligible position, with a salary of $21,500 - $22,500 depending upon qualifications.

For consideration, candidates must meet these minimum qualifications: a Master's degree in mathematics or statistics from a regionally accredited institution, and at least one year of teaching experience at the community college level. Degree requirements need to be in hand at time of application.
