Pets Of The Week
Week of June 15-21

ESPAÑOLA — Each week the Valley Daily Post features a few pets that are ready for adoption. Take a look at this weeks highlighted pets and then drop by the shelter to see the whole selection.

This week we are doing a little something different, we are featuring two cats that we would like to get adopted out together, and of course a dog.

Also, June is adopt a cat month! Come in and check out all our great animals.

Dudly and Dugan
Dudly and Dugan are twin flame point Siamese mixes that came to us because their owner was moving and could not take them with them. They like playing with the other cats in the cat room but are very bonded with each other, so we are working to rehome them together. They are 4 year old neutered males and are very affectionate with our staff. Their adoption fee is waived to a good home that wants to keep them together!

Kirstie
Kirstie is a sweet girl that came to us as an owner surrender because her owner could no longer afford to care for her. She is a playful and loving Labrador Retriever mix that is a bit shy in the kennels but when you get her outside she loves to run and play. Kirstie wants nothing more than to run and play fetch with her new owner. She enjoys the company of other dogs and would do well in a family that is looking for a playmate for their dog. She has been spayed, micro-chipped and heartworm tested and is ready for her forever home! Kirstie's adoption fee is waved with the purchase of a six month supply of heartworm prevention.

Solve the problem!

Come on in and meet Kirstie or Dudly and Dugan  and some of the other wonderful pets available for adoption.

Also know that we are offering free spay/neuter and vaccinations during surgery are also free for residence of Rio Arriba county and they can call us to schedule those appointments.
