Colorado Man Arrested For 11th DWI, Child Abuse

PECOS ― Around 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 14, New Mexico State Police uniformed officers were dispatched to the Pecos area due to numerous 911 calls about an erratic driver, possibly drinking with a child in the vehicle.
The officers witnessed the vehicle in motion and initiated contact with the driver, who was later identified as Terry Huff, 56, of Greeley, Colo.
As the officer approached the vehicle he noticed a small child standing in the seat looking out the vehicle's window...
