Missing Endangered Person

 
Rio Arriba County- On Monday, May 4, 2015 at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers from the New Mexico State Police, along with New Mexico Search and Rescue teams, were dispatched to Hopewell Lake in reference to a missing person.  Hopewell Lake is located on U.S. 64 between Tierra Amarilla and Tres Piedras. 
 
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on May 4, 2015 Isaac Morfin, (41) from Abiquiu, NM, wandered off from the area of Hopewell Lake and has not be located.  He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt and black pants.  He is describe as being five foot-six inches tall (5’6”), weighing one hundred sixty five pounds (165), with black hair and brown eyes.   * See attached Photo.       
 
S.A.R. Ground Teams, K-9 Teams, and Air Craft have been actively searching the area since Monday with no results or indications that Mr. Morfin is still in the area.
