Fire Guts Vacant Building Near Santa Claran Casino

Wednesday night around 9:40 p.m. a fire broke out in a vacant building on Riverside Dr. in Espanola, gutting the former laundry-mat. The fire quickly consumed the interior and roof of the cinderblock structure, located between the Santa Claran casino and the also vacant Arrow Motel.

ABIQUIU  – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Abiquiu Lake will be hosting an Open House for the public. The open forum style meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 22, 2017, 6:00 p.m. at the Abiquiu Lake Visitor Center located on Highway 96, approximately two miles west of the Highway 84 junction.
